I typically use a real Leslie and, with that configuration, I prefer the Nord C2 hands down. It doesn't have drawbars for one and it doesn't have the same waterfall keys. The unit seems solidly built. - LIGHT WEIGHT. I own an Electro which is quite excellent for these vintage keyboard sounds. I know Nord and others have gotten the Hammond sound down pretty well.. The leslie emulator is so good only a true purest would have any chance of distinguishing between the two. They played Hammonds, not keyboards. I opened the key myself, and throw away that screw. Great to have the extra sounds that you can layer and split with the organ. After previously owning a B-3 and a 122rv Leslie, I can say I'm impressed with the sound with this organ and Leslie. This keyboard with the NEO ventilator will make you happy!! The electric/acoustic pianos are very respectable and sound great on stage, but I will admit the other "extra" sounds (as H-S refers to them) fall in the General MIDI category for quality. Nord also has the C2D two manual model with physical draw bars and full pedal option. A $ mistake. Would you consider this overplaying the bass line. With a lot of pedals, it is longer to setup and more wires are seen. The piano can sound good if you don't attack it too hard otherwise it gets kind of tinny and thin sounding.
